WPC panel is a composite material made of wood and plastic, usually produced using the PVC foaming process. The main raw material of wood-plastic panels is an environmentally friendly mixture consisting of 30% PVC, 69% wood powder and 1% colorant. Wood-plastic panels generally consist of two main parts: base material and color layer. The base material is a mixture of wood flour, PVC and various reinforcing additives. Color layers with different textures are adhered to the surface of the substrate using PVC color film.
Packing and Shipping
